AGE GROUP: Minis (6yrs to 8yrs) Juniors (9yrs to 17yrs) Seniors (18yrs and over) Over 35's Mixed To register your team you will need to: * Complete and return "Team Registration Sheet" by the closing date to ensure entry. * Team Bond payment must be received together with registration form to ensure your place in the draw. * All players must be registered with Football NSW Futsal to participate in these competitions. - Players will need to supply one (1) current passport sized photo Competition Fee Payment: * Match Fees for the 2010/2011 season. Minis - $45.00 per team Juniors - $50.00 per team Seniors - $55.00 per team Mixed- $55.00 per team All teams will be required to submitt a 3 game bond, bonds will be refundable at the end of the competition This competition will be restricted in the number of teams, so don't MISS OUT and get in early. The competition will be played under the rules of Futsal FIFA Five-side-Indoor Soccer. All Jerseys must be numbered. Players must wear shin pads and appropriate footwear. Only players with Registration cards will be allowed to take the court. PLEASE NOTE: ABUSE, VERBALLY OR PHYSICAL TOWARDS OTHER PLAYERS, OFFICIALS OR STAFF, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED IN THIS COMPETITION.
